All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of Our assistance to You in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting Your needs in respect of the provision of the Company’s stated services, by and subject to, prevailing law of Your respective country. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization, and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.

User's Acknowledgment and Acceptance of these Terms

by completing the registration process, using this site, and/or using or accessing any part of the services, you agree to be bound by these terms without limitation or qualification. if you do not wish to be bound by these terms, do not use or access this site or the services. your remedy for dissatisfaction with this site, the services, or any products, content, or other information available on or through this site, is to stop using this site, the services, and such products, content, and other information. your agreement regarding compliance with these terms of use becomes effective immediately upon commencement of your use of this site.

We reserve the sole right to either modify or discontinue any features of this Site and/or the Services, at any time with or without notice to You. Exercising such a right, We shall not be liable to You or any Third Party. Any new features that supplement this Site and/or Services shall also be subject to these Terms.

We may change these Terms at any time. Any changes made will be effective immediately after posting a revised version of these Terms on the Site. Your continued use of the ME-PAGE Services will constitute Your acceptance of the new Agreement so please make sure You read any such notification carefully. If You disagree with the terms of this Agreement or any revised version of this Agreement, You must immediately stop using the ME-PAGE Services, including removing any of the Landing Pages, created using our Site.

Your Account

Your User ID is the only way to log in and access Your Account. You understand and agree that You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your User ID. You must be 18 or over to sign up for a ME-PAGE account. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about Yourself or the organization You represent, and You agree not to misrepresent Your Profile Information. ME-PAGE is not responsible for any Profile Information that may be lost or irrecoverable through the use of the Site or Services.

For as long as You remain the Account Owner and in compliance with this Agreement, You have the right to access and use the Services. This right is non-transferable, and You agree not to disclose Your User ID to any Third Party. You must immediately notify ME-PAGE of any unauthorized use of Your password or account or any breach of security. ME-PAGE cannot and will not be liable for any loss, damage, or other liability arising from Your failure to comply with this Section or from any unauthorized access to or use of Your Account.

You can also register and log in through a third-party social network. Please note that by connecting to the Site and the Services using a third-party social network, You are giving ME-PAGE permission to access and use Your information from that service as permitted by that service, and to store Your authorization access to that third-party social network.

If an account has not had any log-in access for 2 years, or if a new ME-PAGE account is created but no landing pages are constructed within 12 months, it will be considered inactive and all data will be deleted.

Submission of Content

The Site provides You with opportunities to add and upload Content in order to create and edit Landing pages, known as "User Content". ME-PAGE is not liable or responsible for any User Content. You grant ME-PAGE a non-exclusive license to use the Content You upload to provide the Services to You, including, but not limited to, troubleshooting and publishing Your pages. This use may include, without limitation, the right to host, index, cache, store, or otherwise format Your Content.

You further agree that ME-PAGE may modify, add, and delete any Content added to the Services without liability, and at our sole discretion. Reasons for Content modification or deletion shall include but are not limited to: malicious or damaging software or corrupted code within the Content, violations of intellectual property law, and troubleshooting purposes.

You represent to ME-PAGE that You own any Content You upload, submit, or otherwise add to Your Account, or that You have obtained any necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to such Content and activity. As such, You agree that none of the aforementioned Content will in any way violate the copyrights, privacy rights, publicity rights, trademark rights, contract rights, or any other intellectual property rights or other rights of any person, business, organization, or entity.

ME-PAGE may request access to Your Content to use for marketing purposes. You are under no obligation to grant this request, and We will not use Your Content in any marketing materials without Your prior permission.

Monitoring

You agree that We may monitor the Site and Services, including without limitation, any landing pages created using our Services. We may, where reasonable or necessary, disclose information to satisfy our legal obligations, protect ME-PAGE or its Customers, or operate or improve the Site or Services.

We reserve the right to monitor the security and preserve the integrity of our Site, resources, data, Materials, customer content, and intellectual property (Yours, ours, and Third Parties’). By using the Services, You agree that We may, with or without prior notice or notification, for any reason, and at our sole discretion, immediately suspend Your access to the Services or Site, remove and/or request that You remove landing pages or their content, and/or terminate this Agreement. Reasons for removing Content or pages, or requesting their removal, may include, but are not limited to, security threats, intellectual property violations, attempts (whether or not successful) to access unauthorized data or other Material or Content, or the presence of Content, pages, or popups bars that in any way violate these Terms (including the Privacy Policy) or place ME-PAGE, our Customers, business, affiliates, partners, or licensors at risk, as determined solely by Us.

Suspension of use and access is not a breach of this Agreement by ME-PAGE, and Your Account/Content/pages may be reinstated when the threat or risk has been remedied, at our sole discretion. ME-PAGE disclaims all liability for suspending the Site or Services, removing or requesting the removal of Content or landing pages, or terminating this Agreement, and You have no claim to any form of compensation or damages arising from such action.

Prohibited content

Users may be held liable for any prohibited or illegal User Content they provide to the Site. Prohibited content includes (but does not limit) content that:

• is offensive such as content that promotes racism, hatred, bigotry, or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;
• harasses or advocates harassment of another person;
• could be harmful to minors;
• promotes information that is known to be false, misleading, or promotes illegal activity or behavior that is offensive, threatening, obscene, slanderous, or libelous;
• provides instructional information about illegal activities such as making or buying weapons, violating someone's privacy, creating or providing computer viruses;
• displays pornographic or sexually content of any kind;
• provides content that sexually or violently exploits anyone under the age of 18, or solicits personal information from anyone under the age of 18;
• engages in commercial activities such as gambling, lotteries, bidding fee auctions, sports forecasting or odds making, contests, and sweepstakes.

If You discover this kind of material on the Site, please notify us by emailing our Support and We will investigate Your claim and may then take appropriate action.

Third-Party Sites and Content

You acknowledge and agree that ME-PAGE is not responsible or liable for any Third Party Content linked to the Site or Services. This includes but is not limited to accuracy, integrity, quality, usefulness, legality, safety, and intellectual property rights. The inclusion of such linked Content in no way indicates endorsement by, or association with, ME-PAGE. The contributions of Third Parties do not necessarily represent the view or opinions of ME-PAGE.

You agree that ME-PAGE is not responsible or liable for any alleged or real damages or losses incurred through the use of Third Party Content, goods, or services. Your use of Third Party Content is solely at Your own risk.

Your use of a Third Party Service is subject to the Terms and Conditions applicable to that Third Party Service. You agree that ME-PAGE is not responsible for any violations of Third Party intellectual property rights in any Content that You submit, upload, or otherwise add to ME-PAGE. You further agree to pay all royalties, fees, and any other monies relating to using such Content.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT ME-PAGE WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY WHATSOEVER FOR:

• PROPERTY DAMAGE OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT OR TORT, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SITE.
• ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF ME-PAGE’S SECURE SERVERS AND/OR ANY AND ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION AND/OR FINANCIAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN.
• ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, WORMS, TROJAN HORSES, DEFECTS, DATE BOMBS, TIME BOMBS, OR OTHER ITEMS OF A DESTRUCTIVE NATURE WHICH MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH THE SITE.
• ANY MISTAKES, OMISSIONS, OR INACCURACIES IN THE CONTENT.

ME-PAGE WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR FAILURE TO PERFORM ANY OF ITS OBLIGATIONS UNDER THIS AGREEMENT TO THE EXTENT THAT THE FAILURE IS CAUSED BECAUSE OF FORCE MAJEURE.

YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE ME-PAGE SERVICES AND THE SITE IS TO STOP USING THE ME-PAGE SERVICES AND THE SITE. THE LIMITATIONS IN THIS SECTION APPLY EVEN IF ANY LIMITED REMEDY IS NOT ITS PRIMARY PURPOSE. THE ALLOCATION OF RISK BETWEEN YOU AND ME-PAGE IS AN ESSENTIAL ELEMENT OF THE BASIS OF THE BARGAIN BETWEEN YOU AND ME-PAGE.

Indemnification

You shall indemnify ME-PAGE, defend and hold harmless ME-PAGE and ME-PAGE affiliated or related companies and their respective joint ventures, successors, assigns, directors, officers, employees, and agents, and guarantee to each of them full and effective compensation for any losses suffered by them.

You agree to indemnify and defend us and our Affiliates from all liabilities, claims, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Services provided by this Site;
• Your breach or non-compliance with these Terms;
• Your violation of any applicable laws, regulations, and/or rules;
• Your negligence or intentional misconduct.

We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise indemnified by You, in which case You will cooperate with us in asserting any available remedies.

ME-PAGE agrees to store personal data securely obtained from You and shall indemnify You and hold You harmless for any data security breaches due to our negligence or intentional misconduct. ME-PAGE also agrees to work with You to comply with all data security breach notification laws and to resolve all claims expeditiously and reasonably.

Dispute resolution

If any dispute arises in connection with these Terms or any technical part of a Site work, You should contact Customer Support. Your complaint will be confirmed by ME-PAGE as soon as possible.

ME-PAGE shall use reasonable endeavors to consult or negotiate in good faith and attempt to reach a just and equitable settlement that is satisfactory to You and ME-PAGE.

The above does not limit Your statutory rights, Your right to file a complaint with the Trading Standards or other appropriate regulatory body, or Your right to litigation or other forms of settlement permitted by the laws of your country.
